- 7 full- and limited-service hotels with approximately 1,000 rooms in 2 states
- 3 full-service hotels with 653 rooms in 3 states
- 3 full- and limited-service hotels with approximately 1,000 rooms in Houston, Texas
- 3 full- and select-service hotels in Texas and North Carolina with over 500 rooms and suites
- Two hotels with 377 rooms in Houston, Texas.
- A full-service high-rise city hotel and a full-service 1,000-acre resort, spa, golf course development in two countries in South America
